Booking enquiries

The website prepares the information you enter as a WhatsApp message. The website does not save that form submission on its own server. You review and send the message from WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms then apply. If you contact us by phone, Viber, Instagram or WhatsApp, we use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange your appointment and provide relevant service communication.

Data we may receive

Your name, telephone number, optional email address, treatment interest and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the web form; treatment suitability is discussed privately during consultation.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for booking, client care and applicable legal obligations. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your information by calling the number above.

External services

WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Google Maps and the website hosting provider may process technical or account data under their own privacy terms.
